During the “Souper Bowl of Caring,” children and youth across the nation work to fight hunger and poverty in their own communities.  This event takes place each year around the time of the annual Super Bowl Football Game.

This year on Super Bowl Sunday, Feb. 5th, our young people will once again participate by taking up a collection using soup pots.  They will be collecting small donations at the door following worship.  100% of the money collected will be used to help fill the shelves at our South Church Food Pantry.  We will use the money we collect to make purchases at Price Rite for some much needed items.  Please consider supporting the children as they learn what it is like to make a positive difference in the world as they raise money for those in need.
